Whole Three Wellness is grounded in a deep belief that true healing occurs when we address the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected elements of a whole person. I’m passionate about helping women cultivate the self-awareness, resilience, and balance they need to live authentically and thrive in every aspect of their lives.

From physical health and self-care to your emotional well-being and relationships — contribute to your overall wellness. Together, we’ll take a holistic approach to help you cultivate balance, clarity, and resilience in all areas of your life.

Meet Susanna Rudy

I'M A LICENSED CLINICAL PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LCPC) AND FOUNDER OF WHOLE THREE WELLNESS

My path to becoming a therapist has been one of deep introspection, personal growth, and a natural inclination toward helping others. Growing up in a family of helpers, I’ve always felt called to support those around me. Over the years, this calling has evolved into a professional practice grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a holistic perspective on well-being.

Through my own experiences with therapy, mindfulness, and relationship-building, I’ve come to understand how crucial it is to nurture not only mental health but also physical and emotional well-being. This understanding shapes my approach and informs how I support my clients on their healing journeys.

I’m excited to work with you, whether you're ready to explore new tools for personal growth, enhance your relationships, or embrace a more balanced life.

01

Collaboration

I specialize in empowering women to understand and address the deeper connections between their mental health, relationships, and overall wellness. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship, where we work together to build trust, explore patterns, and develop strategies that align with your values and goals.

02

Alignment

At the heart of my therapeutic approach is helping clients achieve a deep alignment of their personal values with their daily lives. I believe that when our actions and choices resonate with our core beliefs, we experience greater fulfillment and resilience. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you and work to identify any disconnects between your values and your current circumstances. By fostering this alignment, I support you in cultivating a more authentic, intentional, and meaningful life, grounded in your own unique sense of purpose. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing stress, or seeking personal growth, aligning your values will empower you to make choices that are in harmony with who you truly are.

03

Progress

At Whole Three Wellness, I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns and uncover the tools necessary to create lasting change. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with anxiety, or working through relationship challenges, my goal is to guide you in a way that fosters insight, self-compassion, and growth.

Education, Professional Training, and Credentials

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University, where I focused on individual therapy through a psychodynamic lens. My training also includes Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which deepened my ability to help couples strengthen their communication and connection.

In addition to my academic background, I’ve had the privilege of training at esteemed organizations such as the Northwestern’s Family Institute, hospital systems and community mental health organizations, and private practices, where I worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of challenges. This diverse experience has given me a broad perspective and a deep understanding of the complexities that shape our relationships and mental health.

Outside of Therapy…

When I’m not in session, you can find me spending quality time with my family, my golden retriever, and exploring the beautiful city of Chicago. I enjoy reading memoirs, practicing yoga and pilates, and trying new restaurants with friends. I’m always open to hearing about my clients’ favorite books, podcasts, or Netflix shows, and I love connecting on shared interests.
