  • We are proud to serve the diverse needs of our community. Here's a bit more information about where and how we work with clients:

    Lincoln Park (In-Person Sessions):
    Our physical office is located in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL, providing a warm and welcoming environment for in-person therapy sessions. Whether you're coming in for individual therapy or couples counseling, we’re committed to creating a comfortable and supportive space for you.

    Telehealth (Serving All of Illinois):
    For those who are outside of the Chicago area or prefer to connect from the comfort of their own home, we offer telehealth therapy throughout Illinois. Using HIPAA-compliant video platforms, we ensure a secure and confidential space for therapy, no matter where you are in the state.

  • We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans. If you have one of these, they will likely cover some portion, or all, of your therapy with us. We will help verify coverage for you but also ask that you do the same – we are not always given an accurate benefits quote, and it is up to you to know the details of your insurance plan.

  • If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988. For immediate emergencies, call 911.
